The committees listed here exist because they fill a need for our community. Others can be formed if there is sufficient interest. Ad hoc committees may also be established for limited periods of time to address specific issues. Proposals for new / ad hoc committees should be presented to the Board of Directors.

Architectural Review Board

"The Company (developer) shall establish an Architectural Review Board (the "ARB") consisting of four (4) members, provided however, in its sole and uncontrolled discretion, the Company may transfer the right to appoint successor members of the ARB to the Board of Directors of the Association. At least one member of the ARB, other than the Company's representative, shall be a member of the ARB once there are forty (40) members of the Association."

Clubhouse Committee

Dunlora Electronic Bulletin Board

The Electronic Bulletin Board provides a fast means of alerting Dunlora residents to emergency situations, or just to remind them of activities of general interest. A monthly e-mail message is sent out to Dunlora residents who are a part of the bulletin board. The monthly messages are based on inputs from the Dunlora Board of Directors and/or the various committee chairs. If you wish to modify, add, or delete your email address on Larry's list; or if you have a message you would like to announce to Dunlora residents, please contact Larry.
